FOOD FOR THOUGHT - DAY 1
Today Andy from Food for Thought came to see us to help us learn about healthy eating.
We talked about the food pyramid, and different types of food. Foods that you can have occasionally, and foods that you can have each day.

We ended the session with a quiz - Girls VS Boys! The competition will continue over the week.
